Happy Monday! It’s time for Watts Words of the Week. But first, a quick recap:
This week held all sorts of excitement! We had storms, STAAR, projects, and normal stuff. The storm was the biggie, with the trampoline taking a trip to the neighbors. That could have its own Watts Words of the Week. Check out Flight of the Trampoline for those gems. ?
The boys feel like they did well on their STAAR tests. All I could get out of them was ‘it was okay’. Good to know.
This weekend baseball was rained out – AGAIN. Weekends that we don’t have baseball scheduled are filled with beautiful baseball days. Weekends that we do have baseball schedule have just enough rain to cancel the tournaments. Of course, they usually end up with nice weather, but the damage is done. This weekend we were able to take advantage of the free time in a couple of ways. 1. After months of saving and researching, Jalyn was finally able to get a dirt bike. To say he was excited would be a slight understatement! 2. Sunday was spent going to the Scarborough Renaissance Festival in Waxahachie. It was cloudy and cool, perfect for a day wandering through the past. I’ll probably write more about that adventure, but here are a few photos to hold you over. While we would have preferred to watch some baseball, The Watts can always fill up a weekend!
Now for some words of the week 🙂
I’m going to do it 100% NO HANDS!
Do you dare me to Dab, while doing no hands?
That does not sound like homework.
Stop chewing on Fiona’s face.
The cold never bothered me anyway.
I think you just spread sticky all over the place.
Sorry, I thought you were going to hit me in the nuts.
Wait — there are Targets with no food??
That was a lousy sneeze.
You better check yo’self.
I’m going to pee, then eat my popsicle.
The best part about the joust was the fake blood.
I want a rat.
1 1/2 weeks left of school – 2 1/2 weeks until I have a teenager – WE GOT THIS!!
